I first moved to Tucson on July 4, 1984 as an aircraft electrician on the A-10 with the US Air Force, and have spent by far the majority of my adult life in the Tucson area. I'm now in my third year in the Real Estate industry.
In addition to my real estate experience, I have nearly two decades of experience in the information technology industry and bring a high level of technical know-how to the Real Estate industry. My experience and education has allowed me to build an interconnected network of 16 websites to promote listed properties, and provide useful information to local neighborhoods.
According to NAR less than 10% of Realtors hold advanced college degrees - I'm one of those realtors:). I have also placed in the top 10% out of 110,000 college students from 513 colleges when tested for critial thinking skills and in the top 5% for business knowledge. Additionally, I'm a member of the Omicron Psi National Honor Society.
To my knowledge, I am the only Realtor in Arizona who has had the experience of co-designing and co-writing the County Treasurer's Tax Collect and Distribution System that is in use by 25% of the counties in Arizona (the system has been in use for almost 10 years).
